Was away last week for an Outreach in Abuja in Partnership with Africa Teachers Festival ATF 2026 held in Digital Resources Centre DRC Ubec Jahi Abuja.

Our Organisation Isolakin Optical Service had a stretched 5days event attending to over Five Hundred (500) Participants..

It was such a great experience meeting different people in different states across Africa like Ghana,Ethiopia, Uganda, Katsina, Calabar etc.

Many thanks to the Covener Mrs Bukola Lawal for such an impressive and impactful conference.

Computer vision syndrome, also called digital eye strain describes a group of eye and vision-related problems that results from prolonged Computer, tablets, e-reader and cell phone use. The level of discomfort increases with the amount of time spent on digital screen.

When Working With Your Computers Always Keep These Tips In Mind:
1.Keep the top of your Computer screen below eye level.
2.Blink Frequently
3.Adjust lighting to minimize glare on the screen.
4.Wear an anti-reflective lens when working with your computer.
