QAVAH or YACHAL?
Have you ever heard of the word QAVAH?
How about YACHAL?
They are both Hebrew words for WAITING/HOPING.
But Qavah is not just WAITING,it is expectant WAITING,meaning this dimension of WAITING is sponsored by an active internal knowing that God is going to come through and most times when He does,immediately that WAITING season is appeased.
This is the WAITING in Isaiah 40:31,those that QAVAH on the lord,then it is followed eventually by rewards.
But here’s something interesting,many QAVAH,but many never get to the point of YACHAL.
Qavah is more of expectant waiting and anticipation,but YACHAL? It is a patient kind of waiting saddled with endurance. At the point of YACHAL,you are now built so much trust and endurance so much so that you cannot be stopped by the fact that what you’re waiting for did/has not come.
QAVAH is more like;God is going to show up; and I will wait for Him because I know He will show up.
YACHAL is more like ; No matter how long it takes God to show up,I will WAIT,even if He does not show up,I’ll keep hoping in Him. This is where Job got to in Job 13:15,He said,even though you slay me,yet I will still YACHAL in you,that’s patient and enduring hope.
This is why I said many wait(QAVAH) but not all wait(YACHAL). The interesting thing is every posture of YACHAL always begins with a posture of QAVAH. You can QAVAH on something you felt God promised you,but what happens when time passes and it’s not coming through..you YACHAL.

It literally just dawned on me this evening that this song is about LUKE 10:38-42.
Like I said in my previous post I sang it spontaneously in a prayer session years ago by God’s grace but the lyrics never really came off to me as the actual event in LUKE 10:38-42 where Martha was doing so much but Mary sat still at Jesus’ feet.
Kai so it is true that even “ministry” can distract us from Jesus,it is true that we can be working for Jesus without actually walking with Him.
Sometimes our worship is loudest in the ears of God when we are still and silent,help us Lord🙇

I can’t vividly tell if it was 2022 or 2021 now,but I remember I was in what was supposed to be a rehearsal with mama .
Like I said it was supposed to be a rehearsal but the moment she started speaking to us about one of her encounters with Jesus,the atmosphere thickened,suddenly virtually every one of us was in tears(herself inclusive).
We unconsciously transitioned into long prayers and wailing, uncle Kayode was the one on the piano that day and the exact progression of this song was what he was praying,suddenly I began to hear this song,I didn’t even hold back,I started to sing it as he played and it blended perfectly with the atmosphere.
Since then,I’ve kept the song in my heart hoping that one day I’ll most likely get the opportunity to share it with us alongsides mama .

On the first day of this month which is my birthday by God’s grace I officially released one of my favorite songs God gave me in a dream MY DADDY LOVES ME alongsides minister Sunmisola .
Today is the last day of the month and I’m super overwhelmed with gratitude to God who helped me not to lack resources in the process of getting these song done,and it was not magic,He just simply blessed me with people who were willing to do more for me for less and people who were willing to support me financially and I’m super super grateful because the project demanded quite some financial commitment that I most definitely wouldn’t have been able to carry on my own if the lord had not used them.

It’s interesting how 2018 the issue of insecurity was prophetically captured in a movie by . Sadly it has slowly become the norm,why would any reasonable human capture another human,not to talk of kids??
If you watched this movie,people actually prayed their release into manifestation but also there were demands from the government! The government made strategic orders and the armed forces rose and marched into action…so why do we have to tolerate kidnappers as though they are untraceable? Or we don’t have any armed force in the country? This brings a whole lot of concern and renders the government questionable!!
