So the next time someone tells you, “Everybody is doing it,” remember this:
Everybody is not everybody.
Choosing to stay away from drug use, misuse, and abuse doesn’t make you different; it makes you responsible for your future.
Your choices matter. Your health matters. Your life matters.
Say NO to drugs. Choose yourself. 💙

Empowered girls = a stronger and healthier community. 🌍✨
To mark , we hosted a vital sensitization session for adolescent girls at the Women and Girls Safe Space (WGSS) in Daware, Fufore LGA, Adamawa State. Our mission? To replace myths with facts and barriers with confidence. 🩸
From open discussions about menstrual health to hands-on guidance on hygiene management, we created a safe space where no question was too small. We also distributed hygiene kits, containing sanitary pads and other essentials, to ensure that every girl has the resources she needs to manage her period with dignity and comfort.
We are committed to empowering adolescent girls with knowledge, skills, and essential supplies that promote health, dignity, and uninterrupted participation in education and community life. We’re proud to continue our work with UNFPA Nigeria to ensure that menstruation is never a barrier to a girl’s education or her dreams. 📚💪

Consent is respect. No myths, just facts.
💡 Remember:
✔️ Consent must be freely given.
✔️ Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
✔️ Consent is specific to each situation.
✔️ Everyone deserves to have their boundaries respected.
Respect begins where assumptions end. Always ask, always listen, and always value another person's right to choose.
