Teengress Development Foundation

Choosing a career just because everyone else is doing it or because it’s popular doesn’t mean it’s the right choice for you.

Career clarity starts with understanding yourself. It’s not about following the crowd or choosing what people expect from you.

At Teengress Development Foundation, we believe every teenager deserves the right guidance and support to make career choices.

Choosing a career is one thing. Understanding why you’re choosing it is another.
Career clarity goes beyond knowing what course you want to study. It’s about understanding your strengths, interests, values, and the opportunities available to you so you can make informed decisions about your future.

At Teengress, we believe young people deserve the right guidance and exposure to make career decisions with confidence.
Career clarity starts with knowing yourself.

When should a student start thinking about their career?

Don’t wait until a teenager has to choose a career before helping them understand their options. Start the conversation early, career decisions don’t happen overnight. These decisions are shaped by self-discovery and exposure to opportunities.

Career guidance is about giving young people the guidance and support to make informed career choices.

At Teengress Development Foundation, we believe career clarity should start early not when a young person is already under pressure to have everything figured out.

This month, may we find clarity in our purpose, courage to keep going, and the strength to rise above every limitation.
