SUNDAY, 4TH OCTOBER, 2026

𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐕𝐄

“And pray that God will rescue us from wicked and evil people, for not everyone believes the message.”
📖 2nd Thessalonians 3:2

The gospel is powerful, but not everyone will believe it. Some will reject the message, misunderstand our motives, oppose our assignment, or even become hostile because of what we stand for. Yet their response must never become the measure of the truth we carry.
Paul did not ask the Thessalonians to pray that everyone would like him. He asked them to pray for deliverance from wicked and evil people. This teaches us that while we are called to love people, we are not called to ignore opposition or pretend that evil does not exist.
There will be moments when the right response is not confrontation but prayer. There will be battles that wisdom will not solve by argument, but God can resolve through His intervention.
Perhaps you have been discouraged because someone rejected what you were doing, questioned your motives, or refused to receive what you genuinely wanted to offer. Remember: their rejection does not invalidate your assignment.
Jesus Himself was rejected by many, yet He continued His mission.
So keep preaching. Keep teaching. Keep serving. Keep doing what God has entrusted to you. Pray for those who oppose you, but do not allow their opposition to make you abandon your calling.
Not everyone will believe the message, but the message remains true.

DECLARATION
I will not be discouraged by rejection. I will not abandon my assignment because of opposition. I will remain faithful to what God has entrusted to me. The message remains true, my calling remains sure, and God's grace is sufficient for me.

TUESDAY, 29TH SEPTEMBER, 2026

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐘 𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐓 𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐒 𝐏𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐄

“For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace…”
📖 1st Corinthians 14:33

There are moments when life becomes noisy. Decisions must be made, circumstances are uncertain, people have opinions, and the future seems unclear. In such moments, it is easy to become overwhelmed by the voices around us and, sometimes, even by the voices within us.
But the Holy Spirit does not add confusion to our hearts. He speaks peace.
The peace of the Holy Spirit is not necessarily the absence of difficult circumstances. Sometimes the storm is still raging, yet something deep within you says, “Be still. God is with you.”
Jesus demonstrated this when He was in the boat with His disciples and the storm arose. While everyone was terrified, Jesus remained at rest. His peace was not determined by the condition of the sea. He knew who was with Him and who He was.
The Holy Spirit brings that same divine assurance to us.

Sometimes, you may be praying about a decision and expecting a dramatic sign, but what comes is a quiet assurance in your spirit. We must learn to pay attention to the Holy Spirit and allow God's Word to guide our discernment.
“And let the peace of God rule in your hearts…” Colossians 3:15
The word 'rule 'carries the idea of acting as an umpire. God's peace can help us discern when something is consistent with His leading. The Holy Spirit who speaks within us will never contradict the Word He inspired.
When everyone around you is speaking, learn to become quiet enough to hear the Spirit. You don't have to have every detail figured out before you can have peace.
You can have peace because you know the One who holds the details.
And when the Holy Spirit speaks peace, don't despise the quietness of that voice.

DECLARATION
I will not be ruled by fear or confusion. The peace of God rules in my heart. I am led by the Holy Spirit and confident in God's direction for my life. Amen.
