MsRepresented is an advocacy campaign that aims to expose the bias against women's leadership, inspire change and build support for female leaders.
Women shouldn’t have to learn about technology-facilitated abuse only after something has already happened.
They should know what to look out for. They should be able to recognise warning signs, ask questions, understand certain behaviours and feel more informed about the risks they may be navigating.
And when something does feel wrong, they should have somewhere they can turn to understand what’s happening, explore their options and find the right support.
That’s why WILAN created Nana.
Tomorrow, women in Nigeria will have a new tool to help them feel more informed, more equipped and better supported as they navigate technology-facilitated gender-based violence.

The style might be ’80s, but the presence is timeless. Today, Honourable Minister Hannatu Musa Musawa, Esq., leads the Federal Ministry of Art, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy, bringing her perspective to one of the country’s most vibrant sectors.

Online abuse and other forms of technology-facilitated gender-based violence are becoming an increasingly common part of women’s lives.
