With a matter of days to go before the 2026 Mr ⭕️lympia I wanted to share some moments and memories I’ve been fortunate to have with some of the athletes competing.
And it’s only right to start with my pick for this years Mr ⭕️ Samson Dauda 🦁
The last time Samson competed 2 weeks before the ⭕️ was back in 2024 which also happened to be my last ever competition.
Seeing him there was an experience. The size and shape I knew he was bringing something special to the ⭕️ that year.
Off the stage I was fortunate to be invited to his gym opening and last year I also got the chance to train with him and film an episode of the
Looking back reminds me how lucky I am to have had these experiences and is another reason why I love this sport so much.
