Another elevator installation is underway—and every step matters. 🛗🔧

After auto-tuning, our team moves to shaft teaching, allowing the elevator control system to learn the shaft and travel positions accurately.

It’s another important step towards a smooth, safe and properly functioning elevator.

At SVT, efficiency and safety are never compromised.

Before the elevator learns the shaft, the control has to learn the motor. ⚙️🛗

As part of this new installation, our team is carrying out auto-tuning of the control with the traction machine (motor)—an important step before shaft teaching begins.

It helps the control and motor work together accurately for smooth operation.

At SVT, we don’t rush the process. We get the details right.

Another elevator installation completed. ✅ Ready for handover.

From the installation of the LOP to the completion of the elevator system, every stage requires precision, technical knowledge and proper engineering.

At SVT, our understanding of elevator systems goes beyond simply putting the equipment in place. We understand the process, the technical details and the importance of getting each stage right before handover.

The result? An elevator project completed and ready for its next chapter.

Let’s lift your world safely.

🛗 Getting an elevator moving is one thing. Getting it moving RIGHT is another.

In this stage, our engineers are self-learning the cabin door operator with the door motor and then observing the elevator during its fast-speed ride from the cabin top.

Why does this matter? 👇
Because these checks help us identify and correct snags, unusual movement or other issues before the elevator is handed over.

We don't just ask, “Does it move?” We ask, “Is it working the way it should?” 🔧

📲 Planning an elevator installation? Let’s get it right before handover.

🚧 An elevator is more than what passengers see. The work behind it matters.

We’re finalizing the pit work and properly housing the control panel—two important details in a quality elevator installation.

From creating the right conditions in the pit to protecting and organizing the elevator’s control system, precision at every stage helps support safe, reliable operation.🔧

A lot more than you think! 👀⚙️

Our team is currently working on pit cabling and terminations for the car buffer, counterweight buffer and speed limiter, alongside the installation of Hall Operating Panels (HOPs) on each floor.

These may look like small details, but they’re essential to getting the elevator working properly and safely.

The elevator may look simple, but there’s a lot happening behind the scenes. 👀

Our team is currently working on the Pit E-Stop, pit box and pit cabling termination as this installation progresses.

Every detail matters when safety is involved. 🛠️

Elevator acting up again? 😩

NEPA takes light, doors won't cooperate, and somehow it always happens when you're in a rush.

Here's what's really going on — and how SVT keeps it from happening to you. 🛠️
