For this stew, I blended palm oil and vegetable oil to get that rich, balanced flavor, 😋 I fried my onions along side the scent leaves and poured into my tomatoes mix. I added the seasoning cubes and poured my parboiled ice fish.Then added my blended dry fish, crayfish and pepper into the stew stirred and allowed to cook for some minutes, and added some eggs. The aroma made everyone gather in my kitchen, as I have a full house, you know , this is a holiday season.😂😂
