A typical day at the factory isn’t prim “n” proper…….It’s always scattered with coconuts, scrapers, buckets, basins here and there and loads of generator noise.

I stumbled on a rant by a vendor lamenting about her customers questioning the authenticity of her coconut water just by the taste and it makes me wonder 💭

We are so used to fizzle drinks and sweets that we expect everything to taste a certain way year in year out 😌

Newsflash news : Every “natural” fruit or drink won’t have same taste every time all year long and this is a factor of species, soil, seasons and time. It is only processed drinks that have been laced with stabilizers or preservatives or emulsifiers that maintains same taste year in, year out.
