When systems overlook women and girls, communities pay the price. Prioritizing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) is essential for equity, resilience, and sustainable development.
Do you believe governments and donors should invest more in women’s health, SRHR, and protection services to build safer and stronger communities?

Today, we celebrate the women at Celade Community Health and Empowerment Initiative, who POWER CHANGE.
From the communities we serve to our staff, partners, volunteers, and advocates who stand with us: your courage, compassion, and leadership continue to strengthen our mission every day.
As we mark International Women’s Day, we stand in solidarity with the global call for "Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls."
Because when women and girls have access to their rights, when justice is upheld, and when action is taken, communities and nations grow stronger and healthier.
Happy International Women's Day 2026.

Female Ge***al Mutilation (FGM) causes lifelong physical pain, emotional trauma, and violates the health, dignity, and human rights of girls and women across Nigeria and Africa.
Behind every statistic is a whose childhood and future are threatened by this harmful practice. is not culture or tradition, it is violence, and it persists due to silence, , and weak enforcement of existing laws.
Ending FGM requires more than awareness: it demands strong , community-led , survivor-centered , and collective accountability. Protecting the girl child is both a moral duty and a legal responsibility. No form of FGM is acceptable. Together, we can it.
Today, we join voices across and to mark the International Day of Zero Tolerance for Female Ge***al Mutilation (FGM).This harmful practice threatens the health, dignity, and future of girls. FGM is not culture, it is a human rights violation. Together, through education and community action, we can protect the girl child and end FGM.
