Project MARCH

The Operations department (PUMP) is responsible for keeping our organisation running and presenting Project MARCH to the outside world. Though we each have our own focus, we work together closely when organising events and help each other whenever.

🤝 Partnerships Coordinator Lucas maintains strong relationships with our current partners and reaches out to new ones. He also drafts the agreements together with our engineers so that we have the right resources to build the exoskeleton.



🎥 Claire is our UX/UI Designer and turns complex technical ideas into visuals that everyone can understand. From making renders and videos for big events to designing user interfaces, the UX/UI Designer helps bring our vision to life.

💰You have already met Morris, the Operations Manager, as he is also part of the Management Team. He keeps the bigger picture in sight, coordinates external activities, and supports the team wherever needed. Most importantly, he ensures we stay on track.

📲 We are still searching for a Marketing Coordinator! As the creative mind behind our socials and promotion, you will make sure that the story of Project MARCH reaches a wide audience. Designing content, planning exposure and keeping our followers engaged are key parts of this role.

🎙️ And finally, we are on the lookout for a Public Relations Coordinator! This role is all about representing Project MARCH at events and in the media. You’ll organize activities such as the Design Presentation and Reveal, write press releases, and ensure our message is shared with the world.

Meet Management!

Our Management Team (MT) is made up of four dedicated individuals who ensure that Project MARCH stays on track✅

💙 Our Team Manager, Olivier, is responsible for the well-being of the team and supports every member in achieving their personal goals during the Project MARCH year. Additionally, he also serves as the external representative of Project MARCH.



⚙️ Joep is our Chief Engineer and therefore carries the final responsibility for the overall technical quality of the exoskeleton. He also facilitates collaboration between the various technical subteams to ensure everything comes together seamlessly.

📋 Aaron, our Project Manager, sets our deadlines and makes sure we stay on track. He works closely with the engineers to create short-term plans and prepares for what is ahead.

💰 Operations Manager Morris oversees our finances and plays a key role in strategic business decisions, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our foundation. Furthermore, he leads the Operations department.

Last week, Jan came to give us a Talk Like TED style masterclass to help us prepare for our design presentation!

He shared valuable insights on how to tell a strong story, keep your audience engaged, and clearly get your message across. Beyond the theory, we also practiced ourselves and received feedback we could immediately apply.

Super useful lessons that have already helped us improve and that we’ll definitely take with us towards our final reveal presentation!
