For this book discussion, we’re diving into A Memory Called Empire by Arkady Martine! 🌌

Selected by Dr. Caitlin Ryan, this sci-fi novel is a great pick for IR students, exploring themes of imperialism, language, diplomacy, and historical memory.

It might not be the shortest read, but it’s an easy and engaging one perfect for getting lost in a new world while thinking about some very familiar IR themes. 🌍✨

📖 Grab your copy, start reading, and join us for the discussion!
