When Maximum opened beneath Copenhagen’s iconic Kaktus Towers, it brought 15 attractions and 5,300 m² of pure entertainment experience to the Danish capital — and every corner of it needed its own lighting identity.

Lighting designer Peter Stenner from Danish Automation took on the challenge of building a system that could handle it all: pixel shows running along 28 bowling lanes, automatic scene changes triggered by live VR game sessions, karaoke rooms, staircases, and decorative pixel elements — all orchestrated by a single CueCore3, with a SpiNode driving the SPI LED strips throughout.

The result is one of the most dynamic entertainment lighting installations we have had the pleasure of being part of.

Project supplied and supported by our official Danish distributor Matrix Sales .

A certification training is not only about learning the technical details.

Of course, the past two days at the Visual Productions office were full of hands-on sessions, practical workflows, questions, and fresh ideas around lighting control.

But they were also about the moments in between: getting to know each other over dinner and drinks, sharing laughs on the road, and connecting with fellow professionals from across Europe.

With six participants from six different countries, this training became a great reminder that the best learning experiences are built not only around the tools, but around the people using them.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared their experiences, and made the atmosphere so enjoyable.

Congratulations to our newly certified participants, we are already looking forward to the next one! ✨

A Strong Pilates class is about more than movement — it is about energy, atmosphere, and creating an experience people want to return to.

For the brand’s latest gym rollout, Adelaide electrical contractor Pridec was tasked with combining lighting and audio control in one elegant, intuitive solution.

With DaliCore at its core, the team could discover and commission DALI fixtures, program scenes, and integrate control into the Q-SYS user interface with ease.

The result?
A connected setup that helps create the right mood throughout every session, while retaining the flexibility to work with professional lighting control when needed.

Big thanks to our official Australian distributor LSV Group for supplying and supporting this project!

At Rockhal, lighting plays a big part in the experience.

It sets the tone in the foyer, creates atmosphere in the bar and VIP areas, and helps every corner of the venue feel ready for the night ahead.

The team at Rockhal has built a connected lighting-control system that brings together around 600 fixtures across its non-entertainment spaces — while keeping day-to-day control simple for everyone who needs it.

What does it take to light a castle that has been standing for almost 900 years?

For Burg Clam in Upper Austria, the answer was not a complicated lighting desk or a manual full of technical instructions.
The owner needed a simple way to set the scene for everyday evenings, private celebrations, and the ClamLive concerts held right beside the castle.

Using CueCore3 and Kiosc, Geckow created a tablet-based interface that lets the Count choose which area of the façade to light and select the right scene — while scheduling, remote access, and concert-mode control quietly take care of everything else.

Big thanks to our official Austrian distributor Preworks GmbH for supporting this amazing project.

The best interfaces are the ones you do not have to think about.

With NetPanel, controlling a lighting installation can be as simple as selecting a scene, adjusting the atmosphere, or making a small change exactly when you need it.

No complex menus or technical knowledge required — just an interface that feels at home in the space.

Our new video takes a closer look at the NetPanel family and the idea behind it: making powerful lighting control feel clear, natural, and easy to use.
