While attending her second GYROTONIC® Master Trainer educational program in Athens, Francesca had the opportunity to meet Vassilis again after several years.

Francesca Bracelli is assisting the GYROTONIC® Specialized Course with Arsinoi Tsakalogianni at Narei Studio , GYROTONIC® Athens. This marks her second Specialized Course assistantship.

As GYROTONIC® Pre-Trainer, GYROKINESIS® Master Trainer, therapist, dance teacher, and Co-Owner of the Systemic Life Center and Systemic Life Academy, Francesca represents one of the leading GYROTONIC® professionals in the Netherlands.

Module: Distraction

Today we continue another module of the 12-module Professional Teacher Development Program (PTDP) at the Systemic Life Academy®.

Teaching is not only about knowing what to do. It is about developing the ability to observe, think, decide, and act with clarity.

Today’s module focuses on Distraction—understanding how internal and external distractions influence observation, decision-making, communication, and professional performance.

A professional teacher learns to recognize distractions without allowing them to control the learning process. By strengthening awareness, discipline, and focus, we create better learning environments for ourselves and for those we teach.

Over the past years, research has increasingly explored the relationship between infections, the immune system, and Multiple Sclerosis. Epstein-Barr Virus is one of the most studied. Other microorganisms, including Streptococcus, are also being investigated for their potential role in immune dysregulation.

If we never investigate possible contributing factors, we may miss important pieces of the puzzle.
