He started his artistic journey in 1995, Taroe’s career spans dozens of solo exhibitions, international residency programs and large-scale public commissions worldwide. Whether painting industrial harbors or decaying urban ruins, his mastery of scale and lighting makes his murals instant landmarks.

Hailing from the Basque Country, Taroe has spent over two decades developing a signature style that bridges the gap between classic graffiti and intricate, modern realism.
Best known for his industrial landscapes and detailed urban scenes, his work explores the beauty found in concrete, shadows, and human infrastructure.
Get ready to see him transform a wall in Lombardijen this September at ALL CAPS 2026!

Before she begins her mural for ALL CAPS 2026, a look at the diverse creative background this Danish artist brings to Rotterdam.
Educated at the Royal Academy of Design in Copenhagen and the Edinburgh College of Art, Stine operates across multiple mediums. Alongside her large-scale public murals, she works as a graphic designer and illustrator, collaborating with television networks, fashion labels, and music festivals.
Her public art can be found globally, with past projects spanning Scandinavia, Germany, Australia and Miami Art Basel. You can watch her paint live in Lombardijen during ALL CAPS 2026!

From Copenhagen to Rotterdam.
The festival lineup continues to grow with the addition of Danish illustrator and muralist Stine Hvid, who will be joining the ALL CAPS FAMILY in 2026.
Working as a full-time artist since 2013, Stine has built a reputation for creating vibrant, character-driven murals. Her work seamlessly blends playful, nature inspired illustrations with large-scale urban narratives, focusing on bold lines and storytelling.
We can't wait to see her work on a wall in the Lombardijen this September!

We are excited to announce that is joining the ALL CAPS family in 2026.
Originally from Peru and currently based in Miami, Entes is a prominent figure in global urban art. Known for his expressive figurative work and striking portraits, his murals bring together urban culture, Latin American roots and human storytelling.
Lombardijen, get ready, cause he's bringing his distinct style and perspective to our streets this September!

For years Rotterdam Festivals has stood beside us. Not only through financial support, but through trust, knowledge and the belief that art and culture make this city stronger.
Thanks to that support, we were able to grow from an idea into a festival, a platform and an organization that works year-round to strengthen street art in Rotterdam. And we're not the only ones. Behind almost every festival in this city is an organization that supports makers, enables new initiatives and keeps culture accessible to everyone.
Today, the Rotterdam City Council Gemeente Rotterdam will vote on budget cuts that would affect Rotterdam Festivals. We hope they choose to invest in culture, in artists, and in the festivals that bring colour, connection and pride to our city.
Rotterdam Festivals, thank you for believing in us all these years. We stand with you. ❤️

Known as the "mestre da arte das letras" (master of letter art), Filipe has dedicated his career to keeping the rich, traditional soul of Latin American sign painting and popular street lettering alive. His bold typography and colorful vernacular art capture the raw energy and everyday culture of Brazil.
Lombardijen, prepare yourself for beautiful, hand painted heritage filling our streets this September!
