It is an independent observatory of the conditions of contemporary architectural practice. Avoiding a stable identity, P—O uses leftover urban spaces as a mirror in which to imagine new cities and publics, and other roles for architects. P—O is a project platform located in Rotterdam, NL. Rather than relying on orthodox methodologies, it seeks to recover the relevance of architectural practice by using what is directly around it. In all its assignments P—O is aided by a highly resourceful network of professionals, neighbours and friends.
