The team is in the room

When you supervise an executive or team coach, the team is in the room.
Not literally — but in the parallel process, in the cases discussed, in the dilemmas presented, in the dynamics that play out between supervisor and supervisee (Hawkins & Smith, 2013, Coaching, Mentoring and Organizational Consultancy).
That's why systemic supervision is its own discipline. The supervisor needs to hold not just the coach's work, but the team-as-system the coach is working with — and the wider organisational system both are embedded in. Eye 7 of the seven-eyed model is where the systemic perspective lives, and it's where most coaches lose access when they sit alone with their cases.
Group supervision multiplies the available perspectives. Peers see the system you've grown blind to. The group itself replays the dynamics you're inside. Patterns become visible that no individual reflection would surface (Proctor, 2008, Group Supervision: A Guide to Creative Practice).

The executive coach as change instrument

📝 A case study with oral presentation, where you defend not just the work but your thinking about the work

Five Monday afternoons - professionalizing your practice
For coaches and consultants working with executives and teams, the next round of group supervision runs across five Monday afternoons from September 2026 to January 2027.

Two hours, online, monthly rhythm. The group is small enough for everyone to bring material across the series — your live assignments, your contracting dilemmas, your stuck cases, your work as a coach of a team or as a partner to a complex stakeholder field.
Hours count toward CTA-O, EMCC Senior Practitioner and Master Practitioner accreditation.
Investment: €700 for the five-session series. Individual supervision also available at €140 per hour.
