Plaatwerk- en Konstruktiebedrijf Van de Klundert is klant van Metaaltechniek handelsonderneming b.v., officiële Beveltools-dealer in Nederland.
Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in staalconstructies voor veeleisende projecten, zoals offshore platforms, boorinstallaties, brugconstructies en transformatorstations.
In hun werk is randafwerking een serieuze vereiste. Bij verfspecificaties op P3-niveau moeten gesneden randen correct worden afgerond tot R2. Met honderden meters rand per project is twee keer bewerken simpelweg geen optie.
Ze vertelden ons hoe slijpen dat voorheen lastig maakte. De overstap naar de Bevel Mate® EBA bracht daar verandering in. Stel de machine goed in, vervang de frees op tijd en het resultaat blijft consistent van begin tot eind. We spraken ook over het bewerken van laser- en plasmasneden in S355, slijtage van frezen en smering.
