The next DPC full turbo kit almost ready to fit in this MY18 R35 Top Secret build.
Same setup as last time, G30-660 but now with our 90mm downpipes.
Our kits include full replacement V-band manifolds with 44mm turbosmart wastegates.
All oilfeed, oilreturn and coolant lines are made of hardlines. We even do the wastgate lines withs our AN4 Stainless hardlines making sure these won’t fail due to all the extreme heat in the engine bay.

The first build we did with this kit was so clean it passed the Belgium MOT inspection.

And another one ready to rumble!!

This week we have been working on a GT-R with a VVT issue. The seals kept blowing out due that the heads were skimmed to much.
This causes the heads and cams to drop but the VVT covers are fixed on the dowlpins on the front engine cover which stay on there original position.

We fixed this issue with our in house developed centering tool and new dowlpins.
The centering tool makes sure the VVT covers are centered on the cams again, the bolt holes of the cover are drilled oversized to 8mm and then fixed. Then we made new holes for the dowlpins to have their new position.
