This is a large bookshelf and I will build it as several components. Test fit at customers house to ensure exact measurements.
After breaking down the sheets to rough dimensions, I cut to final size. Then sanding, cleaning and oiling. I always prefer to oil prior to assembly if possible. This is the first furniture I make with the Slate Grey color. Next I will start assembling the base cabinets.
New project!😊 This will be a wall to wall bookshelf treated with Rubio Monocoat in the Slate Gray color.
Almost all projects starts with breaking down full sheets, first rough cut, then final dimensions.
