A great chance to become part of a Europe-wide community of youth workers!
In our organisation we have the strong belief that everyone is an artist in their own way. Everyone is or can be creative if given the right space and tools to express their creativity. This week in our training course together with , and we created art all together with the help of the sun 🌞 This was a beautiful cocreation and we made a beautiful piece of art all together that will stay in the basecamp and remember all of those amazing people forever 👬👭🧑🤝🧑 Thanks to everyone involved ✨

We took part in the one-week PRISMAS project in Terrassa, Spain, where young people from Spain, Italy, Romania, France, and Norway came together 🌎 Through the project, we explored the connections between mental health, self-love, self-knowledge, creativity, relationships, and body-based experiences. The activities served as a reminder of the importance of self-care and what it means to each of us💛We are truly grateful for this experience 🌷🧘♀️✍🏼🎶

Dissemination of E+ Training Course Mindful Sounds ✨
After coming back from Bulgaria with our hearts full of love, and our minds full of inspiration we decided to use the second day of the On-Arrival-Training for our ESC-Group that will stay with us for a full month, and give them a grounding and wholesome experience in a time where everything is loud and new.
We laid down a group of 11 blindfolded people in our common room - 3 social workers, 7 participants of the ESC project, some with special needs like for example down syndrome, and the president of our organisation - and transformed what is normally our living room into a sound bath! 🎶 With the help of different singing bowls, koshis, different instruments imitating floating water and a gong, we gave them a guided sound meditation. The activity took around 25 minutes and although the mood before can be described as very sceptical, the feedback was good: some people fell asleep while others could deeply relax and arrive in the place. 🧘🏽♀️✨
Thanks again to , Mica, Petya and Bobi for creating this Training Course where we could learn, share and simply be with each other. We will forever hold it in our heart and are looking forward to meeting again! ❤️

In today’s time a video with the length of 1 minute on instagram is long 🌀 But even this 1 minute doesn’t even come close to describing the experience of the Erasmus+ Training Course ‚Mindful Sound‘. 🧘🏽♀️ It was way more than just a Training Course, it was an energy field that cracked wide open, as one of us said. ✨
I still cannot believe that I have had the honour of participating and cocreating this beautiful 10 days. It was full of love, peace, hope, harmony, sounds, mindfulness, and in the end - a new soulful family! 🌞
I learnt so much in these 10 days - an unexpectedly huge amount about myself, so many new approaches and techniques of working with youth with and without special needs, I learnt that with the right people around us, everything is possible and we can create a whole new universe! 🙌🏽
I strongly believe that this Training Course was only the beginning of something bigger, of something even more amazing, and we as Creatorium cannot wait to be part of it! ♾️🌞🫶🏽
Thank you to Bobi, Petya and Mica for creating the framework for this amazing project! We will forever hold this one in my heart and we are hoping to just build more on it! ✨✨✨
