Today it’s important that we don’t take out wild fish from our rivers. On most rivers stocks are so small and threatened that we cannot allow ourself to do it. We used to judge our catch in kilos or pounds, today the length is what tells us the size. Our C&R measuring sticker is an easy way to do it. No hassle with finding the measuring tape – this one is always on your rod. Just slide the rod alongside the fish and it’s done. Easy and good for both the wild fish and yourself. You got the length - and the fish will be on the spawning grounds. They come in two colors Black or white. Each pack consist of 3 stickers in the chosen colour. They are easy to put on, just follow the instructions on the pack and you are ready for the catch. Join the movement – Fight for the Wild Salmon!

Absolute beauty.!
This is the most beautiful salmon we’ve landed in the 2026 season: a flawless 98 cm male in stunning condition, exactly as a wild salmon should look.
As this year’s salmon season draws to a close, we’re already looking forward to planning, preparing, and dreaming about the next one.

Visited a smaler river in Northern Norway yesterday. It’s always a good feeling to switch things up and fish with lighter rods every now and then 🎣

Better late than never! A late first time on the river this year, but better than nothing! Managed to squeeze in one and a half days at Orkla in late June between too many other things to do! Met up with a buddy who came from Stjørdal, and we drove down to a very nice short stretch high up in Orkla, a short stream that ends up in a pretty big deep pool.
A late night and an early morning ended up in nothing more than a good time by the river. Nothing in the net, nothing felt, and nothing seen at all... Let’s hope some days further north will give better results!

Soon time to get the gear from back in the river. There’s still a lot of snow in the northern mountains, so this year’s trip up north might mean heavy lines. Let’s hope the pink salmon run doesn’t interfere too much this season.

Slow day after the heavy rain, river raised quit much but it didn’t do us any good, yesterday before lunch we got som results! Low and a bit warmer water gave us two nice salmons measured and released!
