We would like to thank .no for the unique and exciting opportunity to present at this year's Romsdal conference!�It was incredibly inspiring to hear how experienced managers (and bus drivers) talked about this year's theme: courage and opportunities, from different perspectives!
�On the same occasion, we would like to give a big thank you to our teachers at Innovation and management, Siri and Arne, who have contributed to enormous self-development for us as individuals. The guidance you have given has increased the desire to learn and the courage to try and fail. We are very grateful for the experiences we have gained through your help, and the opportunities it has given us!

Last weekend we took part in the national championship in youth business 2023! There we competed against 70 other, skilled companies. It is very impressive to see how such young entrepreneurs can think so big for the future!

We at Balance are proud to be named first place in the sustainability award, and best HR company. Many thanks to everyone who has contributed to making the national championship a good experience!
