I called my grandma last fall, and she said she was counting days ‘til I got home from Nashville for Christmas. I got quite emotional because sometimes you feel lonely in a big city, trying to make it in a brutal business. So I hung up the phone and wrote this song. Normally I don’t write songs on my own, so I didn’t know what to think about it. But as soon as I played it for other artists trying to make it in this town, I realize that there might be something to it. I hope you’ll like it, cause I kinda do

I’ll be performing as a part of the official program of CMA Fest June 7th - on the Spotlight Stage inside Fan Fair X
I'm honored - hope to see you there!!
