– Nå trenger de at vi andre stiller opp, sier hun. 👇

Second week of training after summer vacation 😍 Max and Mira are doing super good so far! 🤩

My training philosophy is building slow and consistent. The goal for the next month is to build endurance without reaching a point of exhaustion. This type of training build endurance without exposing the body to stress, which ensures a better restitution and recovery 💪☺️

Competition season is coming up ✨ meanwhile we’re expecting a heat wave, we’ve escaped to the mountains lower temperatures to get in shape for the autumn season 💪🍁

Enjoying summer ☀️

Swimming is a great summer activity! I also make sure to give them enough water and frozen treats. When it’s too warm, they stay inside to cool down ☺️

Remember to keep your dogs safe in the warm weather ❤️

I think Max likes his new backpack ✨🤩 Can’t wait to use this on future summer hikes ☀️

I was a little nervous to go on my first solo hike with both dogs 😅 I’m teaching them to hike together, and I’d never put us at risk. I have huge respect for their strength - especially when they hype eachother up. I have never walked them together like this, which is why I chose a climb to have more control ⛰️ And despite a few challenges, it was an amazing experience! 😍 even when we reached the top and it was flat, I was surprised of the self control they showed 💪 Looking forward to more hikes!

Gratulerer med dagen!! 🇳🇴 Happy 17th of May 🇳🇴 from me, Max and Mira ✨
