With Grace opens up for an engaging way to talk to children about the climate crisis, and has proven to be a popular and impactful educational tool in classrooms all over the world. The film has already reached 15,000+ schoolchildren across Kenya, Norway, the Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Spain and Slovakia.

Since 2022, we have followed the victims of Norway's biggest legal scandal as they fight for public transparency and restitution, for our upcoming documentary film No Black Swan.

Today, Stiftelsen Fritt Ord announced that they will receive the Freedom of Expression Foundation Tribute for their vital work. Huge congratulations to Foreningen for Nav-skandalens ofre and Rune Halseth for this incredibly important recognition!

No Black Swan is directed by Johanne Kristensen Sandvik and is currently in production.

We are incredibly proud to share that our film, With Grace, will screen at the Angelika Film Center in New York.

Action Against Hunger USA is hosting this special evening. The evening also features a screening of the Sundance award-winning short The Boys and the Bees.

Both films show us the deeper stories behind hunger. Behind every statistic are people and families carrying generations of knowledge, resilience, and care — communities adapting to a climate crisis they did little to create.

Arielle Knight and other special guests will join us in person for a panel discussion and Q&A, while With Grace-director Dina Mwende will share a special video message. The evening concludes with a reception featuring drinks and light bites.

We’re thrilled to share that Johanne Kristensen Sandvik’s debut feature, No Black Swan (working title), has received production support from the Norwegian Film Institute.

The film follows Marianne, a former truck driver, as she joins forces with others to take the Norwegian state to court after being wrongfully convicted in what later became known as the NAV scandal.

This is a story about what happens when systems meant to protect us fail, and who is left to carry the consequences. At a time when questions of class, access to justice, and trust in public institutions are increasingly urgent, this story feels more relevant than ever.

We feel a deep gratitude toward Marianne, Rune, Anette, and everyone else who trusted us with their stories. Congratulations to Johanne (Director) and Aurora (DP), who have followed this case since 2022, and a huge thank you to Norsk filminstitutt and Anna Ljungmark for their support!

We’re honored that With Grace has received the Spirit of Activism Award at the Nevada Women's Film Festival.

Director Dina Mwende joined the ceremony virtually and shared our gratitude for this meaningful recognition. Thanks again to Grace Kisilu for sharing your important story with kids and families across the world and inspiring us to come together for climate action.

Our co-production Climate in Therapy will have its Norwegian premiere at the HUMAN International Documentary Film Festival next week - come and join us there! The film is directed by Nathan Grossman (I am Greta) and supported by Stiftelsen Fritt Ord and The Norwegian Film Institute in Norway. Norwegian contributions are from Composer Ola Kvernberg and Sound Designer Jørgen Meyer (Meau).
