Smallcast September #180 / Hetty (Oslo/Norway)

https://soundcloud.com/smallrecords-1/smallcast-180-hetty-oslo?in=smallrecords-1/sets/smallcast-series

A groovy house journey packed with playful energy, cheeky little surprises and feel good vibes.

Hetty brings the kind of house music that makes it hard to sit still. Funky grooves, naughty elements, smooth transitions and just the right amount of attitude.

Press play, turn it up and let the good mood take over.

Hetty
Spending 15 years experimenting with all things house (+ techno, yes), Hetty has developed a unique style of no style, blending together everything that comes to mind. He has a very much intuitive approach and no set will sound like the previous one. In this mix, he's covering what might be his go-to on his regular Sunday gigs at Jaeger with Moving Heads (coining the term "bakgårdshouse"), moving through LFO-driven UK house and some of the more fierce tech house from the early 2000s.

This isn't a collection of tracks, it's a journey. Every transition, every moment, and every track was chosen intuitively to create a natural flow of emotion, tension, and release. Close your eyes, trust the process, and enter the resonance.

R3sonance is a Norwegian melodic house and techno artist known for crafting deep, emotional journeys that balance hypnotic rhythms with powerful melodic storytelling. Rather than chasing perfection, every set is guided by intuition, energy, and connection with the crowd.

For R3sonance, music isn't about being heard, it's about making people feel.

Resonance is not heard. It is felt.

Music is not a performance. It's presence.

Enter the resonance.

Alvor is the musical alias of Eivor Eriksen, an Oslo-born DJ currently based in Nesodden, Norway. Her sound is rooted in melodic and progressive house, shaped by a deep appreciation for atmosphere, emotion, and storytelling through music.

Rather than chasing trends, DJ Alvor focuses on creating spaces where listeners can fully let go—where time dissolves and the connection between people and sound takes over. Her sets are known for their warm, flowing energy, balancing hypnotic grooves with subtle, melodic textures.

Driven by curiosity and a genuine love for the craft, she approaches DJing as an ongoing journey of learning and exploration. For her, it’s not about impressing the crowd, but about sharing moments—where each listener can experience the music in their own way, while still being part of something collective.

Whether it’s a late-night dance floor or a slow, reflective setting, DJ Alvor’s sound invites you to drift, feel, and stay present in the music.
