Hamachi — a new starter on the menu at Seven.
Delicate, buttery hamachi meets the gentle heat of jalapeño, sweet and sour pickled apple and crisp marinated cucumber.
Finished with aromatic dill and crunchy kimchi seeds for that extra hit of umami.
Fresh, vibrant, a little spicy and packed with texture — everything we love in a starter.

It starts on the grill.
We marinate the octopus, grill it, and pair it with creamy hummus. Then we add our homemade pickled chili for a little heat, toasted pine nuts for crunch, and pomegranate for a fresh, sweet finish.
Smoky, creamy, a little spicy, with just the right touch of freshness.
