10 songs. Technical. Brutal. Heavy as hell.
This full-length album is finally out, and I had the chance to be involved from the beginning to the very end — production, mixing, and mastering.
There’s a lot that goes into making an album like this. Every detail, every tone, every performance, every production decision has to work together. And when the band trusts you with that entire process, you feel the responsibility.
I’m incredibly grateful to Unified for trusting me with their vision and giving me the space to help turn it into something real.
And hearing the finished record hit this hard? That’s the part that makes all those hours worth it.

New release out now!
Had the chance to work on the production, mix, and master for this one.
Big thanks to for trusting me with their music and their vision. That kind of trust is never taken lightly, and it’s what allows a record to really come together the way it should.
We put a lot into this track, from shaping the sound early on to making sure the final result hits the way it’s supposed to. Seeing them happy with how it turned out is always the best part.
Looking forward to what’s next.

1. “It sounds good to us.”
And it probably does, you’ve been listening to it for weeks or months. At that point, you’re not hearing it objectively anymore, you’re hearing what you’ve gotten used to.
2. “We’re used to how it sounds now.”
That familiarity feels like confidence, but it often hides problems. The more you repeat something, the harder it becomes to notice what’s actually off.
3. “We don’t hear anything wrong with it.”
That doesn’t always mean it’s right. It can also mean you’ve adapted to it. Missing impact, imbalance, or lack of clarity often isn’t obvious from the inside.
4. “We compared it to other songs, and it’s close.”
“Close” usually means the gap is still there, just harder to define. Without understanding why something works, it’s easy to match surface-level things and miss what actually creates impact.
5. “We don’t want to change it too much.”
Because it feels like risking what you’ve built. But holding onto every decision can keep the song from becoming what it could be, refinement isn’t loss, it’s translation.
6. “We’ll know when it sounds right.”
But right now, that reference point is unclear. So every version feels acceptable, but nothing feels definitive. Without a clear target, “good” becomes whatever you’ve heard the most.
Not knowing what “good” sounds like isn’t about taste, it’s about perspective. When you’re too close to the music, your reference shifts without you noticing.
That’s why so many bands feel confident… until they hear the result next to everything else.
When bands get to me, I bring that external clarity so decisions are made against a real standard... not just familiarity.
