Finally putting some plates on the roof. Science studyes indicate up to 8,67% increase in bench pressing if you have a good roof to look on while pressing.

Changed the colour to a deeper orange with tremendous success. Looking forward to the first workout with this vibrant new colour.
(some people may say that the colour still is carrot and comments about this will be deleted)

Started painting the squatrack and the beltsquat device but the colour is wrong. It became carrot coloured instead of a more deep orange. Have no other choice than to change the colour as rabbits are attracted to the carrot coulour and one of my worst fears are benchpressing rabbits. This could wreck havoc on the society as we know it. Also, the sponsor contract with Pysjåpartnergroup specify no rabbits.
Updating with end colour as soon as it is finished.

Bodybuilding session at HYSJ today. 2,5 hours of grunting and lifting weights. We have finally the sun in Trøndelag so the Bæris was possible during training.

Active training at HYSJ with Anita and Trine. Carefully keeping the distance required by the government but still managing to keep the core tight.
