Inter Rotaract & Rotary Badminton and Table Tennis Tournament

The Rotaract Club of Butwal South actively participated in the “Inter Rotaract & Rotary Badminton and Table Tennis Tournament” organized by the Rotaract Club of Lumbini Stars with the objective of promoting fellowship, sportsmanship, and healthy competition among Rotaractors and Rotarians. 🤝

📍 Venue: Devinagar Badminton Club, Oli Path, Devinagar
📅 Date: 2082 Chaitra 7, Saturday

The tournament featured badminton and table tennis competitions in both men’s and women’s categories, bringing together enthusiastic participants from various clubs. Representing the Rotaract Club of Butwal South, a total of 9 players actively participated in different events with great energy and team spirit.

We are proud to share that in the Girls’ Badminton Category:
🥇 Rtr. Asmita Thapa secured the Winner position
🥈 Rtr. Aasma Pandey achieved the 1st Runner-Up position

Their remarkable performance brought pride and recognition to the club through their dedication and sportsmanship.

The participation and coordination from the club was led by Rtr. Pritam Adhikari, whose efforts contributed greatly to the successful involvement of the club in the tournament.

The event successfully created an atmosphere of friendship, teamwork, fellowship, and healthy competition among all participating clubs.

As part of the World Rotaract Week Celebration 2026, the Rotaract Club of Butwal South in collaboration with Rotaract Club of Tinau City successfully organized an informative session titled “Know Your Heart” focused on heart health awareness and preventive care.

We were honored to have Dr. Gaurav Upadhaya as the resource speaker for the session. Through his valuable insights and professional guidance, participants gained better understanding regarding heart health, healthy lifestyle practices, and the importance of early awareness and prevention of cardiovascular diseases.

The program was coordinated by Rtr. Sandesh Poudel and was chaired by Acting President Rtr. Sulove Ghimire, whose leadership and support contributed greatly to the successful ex*****on of the event.

The session served as a meaningful platform to spread awareness, encourage healthier habits, and inspire individuals to prioritize their well-being and overall health.

We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who participated and contributed to making this awareness program successful and impactful.
Together, through awareness and service, we continue to work toward building a healthier and more informed community.

Friendly Volleyball Match | World Rotaract Week 2026

As part of the celebration of World Rotaract Week 2026, the Rotaract Club of Butwal South proudly joined the “Friendly Volleyball Match” organized by Rotaract Club of Tilottama Rupandehi in collaboration with fellow Rotaract clubs. 🤝

📍 Venue: New Horizon Sports Club, Devsiddha Chowk

The event was jointly conducted with the active participation of: Rotaract Club of Central Rupandehi, Rotaract Club of Lumbini Stars, and Rotaract Club of Tinau City.

The friendly match created a wonderful platform for fellowship, teamwork, sportsmanship, and inter-club bonding among Rotaractors. Beyond competition, the event reflected the true spirit of Rotaract by strengthening friendship, unity, and collaboration among clubs.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all the organizing clubs, participating members, and supporters who contributed to making the event energetic, memorable, and successful. 💙✨
