Human Rights.....A Window to Nepal. INSEConline.org is the first human rights news portal in Nepal.
It is run by the leading human rights organization in Nepal, Informal Sector Service Centre (INSEC). INSEConline was launched on July 31, 2004 marking the 12th death anniversary of human rights defender, late Prakash Kaphley.
