The Kathmandu Valley Water Supply Improvement Project (KVWSIP) will support the ongoing efforts of the Government of Nepal (GON)l towards improving the water supply in Kathmandu Valley.The project has been investing in bulk water transmission, distribution network improvement and reservoirs and will complement the past and ongoing Asian Development Bank (ADB) projects. The Project Implementation Directorate (PID) of Kathmandu Upatyaka Khanepani Limited (KUKL) have engaged a non government organization (NGO) as Community Awareness and Participation consultant (CAPC) to provide support in implementing the Community Awareness and Participation Plan (CAPP) and the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Action plan for the project.
