We have successfully completed the 5th hike at Chapakharka Trail with 14 participants. Together, we hiked, cleaned the trails, and promoted environmental awareness under the theme “Healing Earth, Healing Heart.” 💚♻️

We are proud to share that our flagship project, Project Kasero, has been featured by Nepal Scouts in the APR Best Practices on Youth-Led Community-Based Projects 2022-2025.

What started as a simple initiative to clean and protect hiking trails became a movement driven by teamwork, service, and environmental responsibility. Being recognised at the Asia-Pacific level motivates us to continue creating a positive impact for nature and the community.

On 14 March 2026, Innovative Open Crew successfully conducted Project Kasero 2.0 — 4th Hike in collaboration with The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Nepal — cleaning trails from Dhungin to Ganeshman Park and proving that adventure and responsibility go hand in hand. 💚⚜️

Today, we successfully completed the Orientation Program on the Scout of the World Award (SWA) under the guidance and facilitation of SWA Trainer Dipesh Thapa and his team.

With its core theme of Peace, Environment, and Development, the Scout of the World Award inspires young people to become responsible global citizens—promoting harmony, protecting our environment, and contributing to sustainable development through meaningful action.

This orientation enriched our understanding of how scouting values can be transformed into real impact, encouraging us to think globally and act locally. ⚜️🌍
