Middleway Films

For us here, films mean everything. We believe in the power of cinema, whether it be to entertain audiences or celebrate life, or question status quo or empower marginalized people. Middleway comprises a production house that produces films, publishes books on cinema, and provides world class trainings and workshops on filmmaking. It aspires to be--and is aggressively working--to be the leading center for film education in southasia. It has arguably the largest resource on filmmaking and cinema in Nepal. Our mission is to make good films, and help other filmmakers to do so, through our trainings and workshop, and our publications. Middleway has very competent, and highly updated and skilled filmmaking professionals who specialize in and have extensive experience in making films--both fiction and non-fiction. Besides our own productions, we have made films and documentaries for many prestigious organizations in Nepal on a wide-range of issues and subjects.
