Our Float Princess for the Blossom Festival parade is Maddison Wedgwood!🌸🌸🌸
Maddison is a student at Dunstan High School and pours coffee at the Tin Goose Cafe. She has some serious artistic talent and when not at school or work she is enjoying outdoor Central Otago!

She's also got some serious local roots. Her Pop Russ is Chief of our Volunteer Fire Brigade and her Nana Kris is part of the Jamies Jewellers family (that's them beaming with her in the pic!).

If The Shopfront Alliance takes home any parade winnings, every cent goes to the Volunteer Fire Brigade. The people who show up when we need them most deserve a little magic back.

Here is what you need to know for tomorrow :

🎅You can do your layby anytime during the day

🎅We are open until 9pm so you have plenty of time to come in and get Christmas presents sorted

🎅We have the shop packed with fantastic new goodies, and the staff are here to help you!

🎅You only need a $10 deposit to get your layby started ( although you can choose to do more)

🎅This is an old school layby- meaning we keep your goodies until you have paid it off

🎅There is no interest or fees- your layby just has to be paid off by 24th of December 2026

🎅When you pay your layby off, you will receive a VOUCHER worth 30% of your total layby spend! How good is that?

Your Christmas Layby only costs you $10 to start, after that, there is no set payment schedule, interest or fees. You choose how often and how much you pay. Our only condition is that your layby is paid off by th 24th of Decemeber. How easy is that?
