Life’s looked pretty different around here lately ❤️

I was once this fit guy but with a new house, new job, single income, losing contracts, hustling for more contracts, becoming a dad again, adjusting to life with a newborn, work challenges, routines changing… so somewhere amongst all of that, training slowly became less of a priority.

I can’t lie I’ve put some weight back on, lost some fitness and definitely don’t feel like the version of myself I was a while ago.

But that’s life.

Sometimes you’re locked in. Sometimes life demands your attention somewhere else. And I don’t regret being present for the season my family needed me in.

Now things are slowly settling, the fire is coming back and I’m ready to start putting some time into myself again. 💪🏾

No dramatic “comeback.” No pretending I’m starting from where I left off.

Just tapping back in, one session at a time ❤️
