My current view! Spending some contemplative time at a treehouse retreat. Ahhh… space. Space to sprawl, space to be messy, space to be tidy, space to be indulgent, space to be disciplined.

Lovely to be in flow with the trees and ocean view.

In the pauses, it is too easy for the mind to fixate on the negative.

So instead, I am choosing to focus on the successful things that are going on in my life.
