If your business works with a mailhouse for bulk mail campaigns, talking to them about DX Mail is easier than you might think.

Our mailhouse guidelines are clear, well documented, and designed to make the process as straightforward as possible. Clear zone requirements, lodgement data formats, sort ID processes, and exemption testing are all covered in one place, so your mailhouse has everything they need to get your mail moving through our network quickly and accurately.

And if your campaigns run across both DX Mail and NZ Post networks? Our guidelines largely align with NZ Post's, so meeting both standards at once is simpler than you'd expect.

Working with DX Mail means working with a team that knows bulk mail inside and out. Talk to your mailhouse today, or get in touch with us directly, and we'll help get things set up.

Our people aren't just employees. They're one of our most important communities.

That's why we run a series of wellbeing workshops for our team, covering a range of topics that matter beyond the workplace. From KiwiSaver and property investment to other areas of personal and professional growth, these sessions are about giving our people real, practical knowledge they can use in their everyday lives.

Because investing in our people doesn't stop at the job. When our team feels supported, informed, and set up for the future, that flows through to everything they do and everyone they serve.

It's one of the ways we give back to the community closest to us. Our own.

Spring is here, and for our posties out on the road, that means navigating unpredictable weather, wet and slippery surfaces after spring showers, increased allergens, and more insects and pests active on the routes they ride every day, all while making sure your mail gets where it needs to go.

We take the safety of our team seriously, and this time of year we're reminding our riders to stay alert to changing conditions, check the forecast before heading out, take care on wet surfaces, and keep focused on the road ahead.

But keeping our posties safe isn't just something we do on our own. The communities they deliver to play a part too.

Here's how you can help:
๐ŸŒฟ Keep pathways and driveways clear and well maintained after rain
๐ŸŒฟ Make sure your letterbox is easy to access
๐ŸŒฟ Be mindful of our riders when you're out on the road

Our posties show up for your community every single day, rain, wind, or shine. A little care from all of us goes a long way in making sure they get home safely at the end of it.

Stay prepared. Stay alert. Stay safe.

Some milestones worth celebrating at DX Mail. ๐ŸŽ‰

Over the past couple of months, we've had three incredible team members clock up some serious time with us.

Rob Waide and David Ellis are both marking 10 years with DX Mail. And Tereau Umaki, celebrating 7 years with the team.

Between them, that's 27 years of showing up, getting the job done, and being part of what makes DX Mail the business it is.

To Rob, David, and Tereau, thank you for your commitment, your mahi, and everything you bring to the team and the communities we serve every day ๐Ÿ‘

That time of year again. Don't forget to spring forward this weekend! ๐Ÿ•

Clocks go forward one hour on Sunday, which means one less hour of sleep, but plenty more evening light to enjoy.

A good reminder to update your clocks, double-check your alarms, and, while you're at it, test your smoke alarms. A small habit that could make a big difference.

As for the timely deliveries? We've got that covered, rain, shine, or daylight savings.

Last week, some of our team had the privilege of attending the Westpac Chopper Gala and Charity Auction at MOTAT in Auckland.

The Westpac Chopper is one of New Zealand's most vital emergency services, reaching patients in remote and rural communities where every minute counts. Events like this gala are what keep those helicopters in the air and those crews ready to respond.

We were proud to support the evening by bringing a table along, joining businesses and community supporters from across the region for a night that was as enjoyable as it was meaningful.

A wonderful evening for a cause that truly matters!

Right now, letters from the Neurological Foundation of NZ are landing in letterboxes across the country, and we are proud to be the team delivering them.

Inside every issue is the story of research that matters. The scientists working to better understand conditions like Alzheimer's, stroke, Parkinson's disease, and hundreds more. The breakthroughs being made right here in NZ. And the difference that donor support makes to communities like yours.

1 in 3 New Zealanders will experience a neurological condition in their lifetime. That's not a statistic that exists in a lab. It's in our families, our neighbourhoods, and the communities our posties travel through every single day.

We're proud to help get these stories into the hands of the people who make that research possible.

ChildFund New Zealand believes a better future for children will be achieved by building stronger communities. To do that, we need to understand and remove the barriers preventing children and youth from learning and growing.

By powering change by removing those barriers, together we can transform their lives and futures. Often, those barriers are life's basics, like no access to safe water.

Right now, ChildFund New Zealand is working with DXMail to call on people to help with their Tap's on the Map Appeal, helping secure over 70 water points across Graciosa Bay in the Solomon Islands, helping around 3,000 people access clean water, and bringing clean, reliable water closer to where families live.

Anyone can help put a Tap on the Map here: https://childfund.org.nz/taps-on-the-map
