One of the weirdest things I do as a Property Manager… 🎂✍️

I handwrite birthday cards to some of my landlords.

These guys are what I call my founding members the landlords who trusted me when I first started Let’s Rent.

Right at the beginning, I collected their birthdays so I could send them a card every year.

And I still do it.

The funny thing is, some of them I’ve now looked after for years and I’ve never actually met them in person. 😂

I know their properties.
I know their tenants. I know their birthdays. I have their money !

But I may not actually know what they look like. 😂

It’s a little tradition I started when the business was new, and I’ve just never stopped.

Property management is about property, yes but for me, it’s always been about the people too. ❤️
