Project Design

Sampling in the morning light for a new build in Mangawhai - it’s a goodie! ✨

A wee update from a larger project last year! Taking a moodier tone in guest toilet is always a good idea 🤎

Such a joy having my work featured in for the Feb/Mar issue!

This little beauty is almost on the market! Photos today and will link the listing as soon as it’s up - if you want a cute 4 bed cottage in Stanmore Bay!

Birkenstocks are site shoes when toes are freshly painted 💅🏻

Love the blue/green undertones of Arctic White and Resene Pencarrow is a perfect match for this kitchen island 😍

Team scullery-is-a-must or Team not-really-necessary….we always put sculleries in the new builds as the market does seem to dictate that buyers love them.

Love a window in a scullery! Nothing better than natural light if you can squeeze it into a plan.

Reconfiguring a few walls of this main space allowed us to completely change how this family of four was using their home. Adding some build ins, fireplace, new furniture and of course a gorgeous kitchen created the Hampton style oasis they were looking for.

The looking 👌🏼 in the morning light. Our recently completed Millwater new build is on the market and some lucky family will be eating breakfast here soon!
