📣 Register now for the two-day B Nationals Prep Workshop 1st & 8th October 2026!

The Youth B Nationals are in Auckland on 31st October at Northern Rocks and 1st November at Birkenhead Leisure Centre.

These workshops are for U11, U13 and U15 athletes preparing for the events.

What we will cover:
💪 How the Youth B Nationals works: There are no finals, every climb counts towards the result, and there's no time limit on a single boulder problem.
💪 Reading routes and boulders; Athletes get only one attempt per route on the rope day!
💪 Comp-specific movement and skills
💪 How to prepare, and how to warm up and pace yourself
💪 Competition mindset, including nerves and expectations

Day one is on the same boulder wall the comp uses, so athletes arrive on 31 October already knowing the venue.

SEND IT BEFORE IT’S GONE 🚨

The Tension Board is getting a RESET! 🔥
We’re resetting the wall as the SPRAY SETUP In the Tension App (instead of Mirror) 😲
Includes cleaning the holds and some fresh replacements.

If there’s a project you’ve been working on, now’s the time to get those sends in before the holds come down and the board is reset.

💪 Give those projects one last burn
🔥 Send it before it’s gone!

Reset date: 9th October
