frienddddd respectfully… STOP making weight loss harder than it needs to be. I’m mostly talking to myself 😂🔥
You don’t need to starve yourself, fear getting active, obsess over the scales or never eat chocolate again because you’re worried about what people think or being a failure.
You need simple habits you can actually stick to.
I don’t believe in “bad” days but one day of relaxing the normal routine hasn’t ruined your progress. One treat meal or even those few celebratory drinks haven’t ruined your progress. And we don’t need to wait until Monday to get back on track. Mindset is the biggest thing I’ve changed to help me stick at it, and it’s working.
I’ve been on this journey for just over a year and so far I’ve lost more than 60kg. Still have chocolate and w**e. Still enjoy the odd takeaways night with the kids. But then I jump back into my rinse and repeat meals and walks that keep me on track. Consistency > perfection. Every. Single. Time. 💪🏽❤️

Happy Fijian Language Week / Fiji Day 2026 this Saturday 10th October 🇫🇯🌺
The theme for this year is: Na noqu vosa me tekivu mai vale ka me’u na vosataka e na veisiga
English Translation: My language starts at home and I need to speak it every day ✊🏽
Come to Auckland Fiji Day this Saturday at Mangere Centre Park and you can catch my performing during the day as well 🎤 🙌🏽

Your home should be a safe haven not a battlefield. 💣
As a woman on faith, I struggled with breaking the covenant of marriage even though the vows had been broken many times by the other person. 🔓
Now I know I wasn’t staying for the kids’ benefit as much as it felt like that was the right thing to do…kids are never better off being exposed to domestic violence. ⚠️
If you are struggling with this situation currently and don’t know what to do I can’t emphasise enough the importance of packing an escape bag and stashing whatever money you can >>> and leave it with a trusted person. Tell only the necessary people. Keep your move quiet. Make sure you have support but don’t doubt your own strength to do this. You CAN start again. 🙏🏽❤️🩹
You CAN face what’s difficult | FWD
Been there. Would not recommend. 😮💨❤️🩹
So these days, I protect my peace, work on myself, keep my boundaries up and value the woman I’m becoming because I’ve spent enough time allowing toxic rubbish to break me.
This is the healed and healthy SZN. ✨
