Telnet has its main base in Queen Street, Auckland but has a substantial number of staff working remotely throughout New Zealand including Agents, Account Managers and IT professionals. Telnet has invested in new homeworking technology to ensure that it is simple to set up and work from home. All that is required is a home landline, broadband Internet, a computer and a headset.
