Seeding wrapped up here at the Hobbywing 2026 NZRCA EP Indoor Offroad Nationals.

Sitting 2nd so far in both 2wd and 4wd Mod, trying to battle through a lingering flu myself and Dylan caught last week so we’re doing the most we can!

Happy with the lap pace in 4wd just searching for that little more in 2wd but head down tomorrow for 4 quali rounds where it’s all about keeping it in the limits for the full 5 minutes 👌.

Team Yokomo ‘91 Works Team Spec pro build on deck today for a local Frankton Model Shop customer to hit the track at Indoor Nationals in a few weeks time 🤘

Asian Buggy Championships round 3 done and dusted!

What could’ve been in the nitro main… after an issue with about 10 minutes or so to go both my rear tyres sidewall started tearing causing the car to become very edgy, leading to some crashes dropping me down from 2nd to 5th in the late stages of the race.

This is still my best international finish to date and I couldn’t be happier with all of my equipment throughout the week.

Ep I ended up 7th after some errors on my part in the finals but the racing was still awesome with some tight battles everywhere 🤘

As always, thank you to the PHDR crew as well as Scotty and RC Race Media for putting on the event even with all the difficulties of the rain.

Official day 1 wrapped up here in brissy.

Managed to get through 2 seeding rounds and a round and a half of qualifying. I was able to put some sporty laps together in seeding to get 3rd in nitro and 4th in EP followed up with a 3rd in both classes for Q1 and a 6th in Q2 for EP before the rain settled in this evening.

Everything has been feeling top notch from the start with little changes each run looking for that little bit extra. Keen to keep it going 🤘
