Precinct Flex

Spring has sprung, and we’re making the most of every bit of sunshine that beams its way into the workspace.

Here’s to more warmer days at Flex☀️

Our venue looked pretty cool for this one 👀✨

New Balance took over The Annex to celebrate their Ellipse running shoes, transforming the space into an immersive brand experience. A seriously fun setup and a great example of what you can do with the right venue.

Planning your next brand launch? We think you’ve found your venue.

Last Friday, Showroom22 brought Creators’ Assembly: The Sopha Dopha Edition to our beautiful event space for NZ Fashion Week, bringing conversations around personal growth, building a strong brand and carving out a career on your own terms to Pipiri Lane.

We loved seeing Pipiri Lane come alive. A big thank you to Showroom22 for choosing Precinct Flex as your event venue!

Good people, good food, good vibes. ✨

We’ve been keeping our members well-fed lately, with plenty of goodies, treats and reasons to take a break from the desk. ☕🥐🍰

Creators’ Assembly: The Sopha Dopha Edition

This Friday as part of New Zealand Fashion Week, Showroom22 is bringing Creators’ Assembly: The Sopha Dopha Edition to our newest event venue, Pipiri Lane, bringing together young artists, innovators and creatives from across the fashion and beauty industry.

Pipiri Lane is designed for events that bring people together, with bold interiors, considered design and dynamic spaces that can be transformed around the experience.

We love seeing Pipiri Lane become a backdrop for events like this - creating a space for connection, creativity and conversation. If you’re attending, we can’t wait to welcome you and see the space come alive.
