A code-compliant home doesn't automatically mean it will be warm, dry and comfortable to live in. 🏡

The New Zealand Building Code sets important minimum requirements, but it can miss the mark on important things like consistent ventilation and energy efficiency.

Using energy modelling and looking for independent certifications like Homestar, can take the guesswork out of your build and help you know exactly how a home will perform, before construction even starts.

Don't just settle for the minimum standard. Click the link below to learn what questions you should be asking your builder!

Cut through the confusion.

Join our next Better by Design: Residential Energy Modelling Workshop in Queenstown on 20 May.

This hands-on event shows builders, designers, and developers how to stay ahead, - using modelling to make faster, better design decisions. It's essential training plus a free 30-day ECCHO licence so you can test & learn.

Who should come?
