Build People

Build People is a building and construction search business based out of new industrial offices in Mt Wellington, Auckland. We have a passion for the building industry and providing businesses with a true competitive edge through strategic talent acquisition. We are immensely proud of the fact that we have 100% fulfilment in exclusive engagements and numerous client accolades. As a small niche team of experienced recruiters we have over 20 years combined experience recruiting in the New Zealand construction sector and every person in the team comes from a background in the industry group they service. As a recruitment team we maintain a large candidate and client network and primarily operate on a referral basis.
