Did you know that we use cocoa butter for our chocolate dip?

A chocolate dip made with cocoa butter is surprisingly hard to find. Around the world, only a few ice cream and gelato makers use it. Many others use cheaper vegetable-oil-based, which can have a waxy plastic texture to dip.

Here at Giapo, we make sure our chocolate dip is made with pure COCOA BUTTER for taste and snap without the coating of the palate.
